Mini-Panthers Program Details

The Mini-Panthers program offers players the opportunity to participate in two training sessions per week, with a focus on developing an understanding of the game of soccer using a child-centered approach to learning.  Integrated into this learning process will be 4v4 games, which allow players the opportunity to play the game of soccer with many more touches on the ball than a 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11 competitive game.

A specific curriculum has been designed that allows the players to learn the game at their own pace, provides structure as well as opportunities to explore new skills and creativity.  Refining motor-skills, as well as introducing soccer skills in a fun and engaging environment is a key component to the learning process for young Mini-Soccer Players.

Mini-Soccer has been designed to allow players to participate in an environment where the outside influences cause minimal distraction and stress.  There are no scores kept, or standings recorded.  We ask parents to remain upstairs inside the facility to observe the sessions, rather than field-side.

All training will take place at the Sports Factory - indoor soccer facility at 175 Beaver Brook Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035.

Sessions are every Tuesday and Friday from 4:30PM to 5:30pm

Season Dates are: April 11/14; 18/21; 25/28

May 2/5; 9/ 12; 16/19; 23/26

TSF Training Staff will run all the sessions, following the Mini-Soccer Curriculum.

Players should attend in athletic attire, wear shinguards and indoor turf shoes or sneakers (no cleats).

Please bring plenty of water
